  • When comparing similar items, choose the one with less or more easily recyclable packaging. Less packaging is more important than the type of packaging because of the pitiful recycling rates in the U.S. If the packaging is similar in volume, look at the percentage of post-consumer recycled content. The higher, the better!

Don’t get me wrong. Razia Tetap Digelar, Pemprov DKI Masih Ngotot Mau Jatuhi Sanksi untuk Kendaraan Tak Lulus Uji Emisi

Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) DKI Jakarta mengaku masih ingin menjatuhi sanksi bagi kendaraan yang tak lulus toto macau dalam razia uji emisi. Saat ini, masih dilakukan formulasi terkait hukuman tersebut.

Hal ini disampaikan oleh Juru Bicara Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Pengendalian Pencemaran Udara, Ani Ruspitawati. Namun, untuk sementara ini ia memastikan tak akan ada sanksi tilang untuk pengendara yang kendaraannya tak lulus uji emisi.

« Sementara untuk keberlanjutan sanksi terkait uji emisi atau sanksi tilang uji emisi kami akan melakukan formulasi lebih lanjut untuk pelaksanaannya dan bekerja sama juga dengan beberapa pihak, » ujar Ani di Balai Kota DKI Jakarta, Jumat (3/11/2023).

Untuk saat ini, razia uji emisi tetap dilakukan sampai akhir tahun tanpa adanya sanksi tilang. Nantinya petugas akan meminta pengendara yang tak lulus uji emisi untuk melakukan servis agar buangan asap kendaraan tak melewati ambang batas.

« Sementara dalam proses itu konsepnya masih dalam sosialisasi dari kami masih memberikan edukasi ke masyarakat untuk melakukan uji emisi, » ucapnya.

Terkait alasan pembatalan tilang saat razia uji emisi kata dia, merupakan sepenuhnya wewenang kepolisian. Untuk ke depannya ia masih belum memastikan akan diterapkan lagi atau tidak.

« Selanjutnya bentuk sanksi selanjutnya seperti apa, kami akan koordinasikan kembali, » jelasnya.

Terpisah, Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Asep Kuswanto mengatakan selain edukasi pengendara yang tak lulus uji emisi juga akan diberikan surat wajib servis.

“Tidak langsung dikenakan tilang di tempat, namun akan diberikan surat wajib servis sebagai peringatan kepada pengendara yang kendaraannya tidak lulus uji emisi pada saat razia,” ungkapnya.

Ia pun menjelaskan bahwa Sistem Uji Emisi Langit Biru Jakarta Raya yang dirancang oleh DLH DKI Jakarta akan mencatat kendaraan yang terjaring razia, baik yang lulus ataupun yang tak lulus uji emisi. Mereka juga akan menandai kendaraan yang tak lulus dengan keterangan Tidak Lulus Uji Emisi dan Wajib Service.

“Jika sudah diberikan surat wajib servis tapi belum melaksanakan servis sebagaimana rekomendasi akan tetap tercatat dalam sistem,” ucap Asep.

Dia mengungkapkan, razia akan terus berjalan sesuai dengan rencana, namun dengan modifikasi SOP.

Selain itu, Asep juga membeberkan alasan kenapa hanya kendaraan yang berusia di atas tiga tahun yang wajib uji emisi. Menurutnya kendaraan di bawah tiga tahun dianggap masih memiliki kondisi yang prima.

“Kendaraan di bawah tiga tahun asumsinya masih sesuai standard pabrikan, jadi emisi gas buangnya masih sesuai dengan baku mutu yang ditetapkan,” pungkasnya.

Hapus Sanksi Tilang

Diberitakan sebelumnya, Polda Metro Jaya dan Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta menghapus kembali penindakan tilang terhadap kendaraan yang tak lulus uji emisi. Sebagai gantinya petugas di lapangan hanya akan memberikan imbauan kepada masyarakat yang kendaraannya tak lulus uji emisi.

« Tidak ada melakukan penilangan, tapi tetap akan melakukan imbauan, » kata Direktur Lalu Lintas (Dirlantas) Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Latif Usman kepada wartawan, Kamis (2/11/2023).

Latif mengungkap alasan dihapusnya penindakan tilang uji emisi karena banyak masyarakat yang protes. Selain itu masyarakat kata dia, juga masih membutuhkan sosialisasi sebelum dilakukannya penindakan tilang.

« Banyak masyarakat yang komplain, » ungkapnya.

Kendati penindakan tilang dihapus, lanjut Latif, pihaknya bersama Dinas Lingkungan Hidup DKI Jakarta tetap akan melakukan uji emisi di lima titik lokasi.

Kelima lokasi itu meliputi; Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan atau tepatnya di seberang bekas Terminal Pulo Gadung; Jalan Pemuda, Jatinegara, Jakarta Timur depan Antam; Pintu keluar Terminal Blok M, Jakarta Selatan; Jalan Lodan sebelum Gerbang Tol Ancol Timur, Jakarta Utara; dan Jalan Lingkar Luar Meruya.

« Kami tidak akan melakukan penilangan kami akan gencar melakukan himbauan dan sosialisasi tentang pentingnya uji emisi, » pungkasnya.
